booking for explant
Hi ladies.
I've decided I will be going for an explant. THG said I could get in as early as 12th may if I confirm this coming Tuesday.
As I won't be seeing my surgeon before the op one asked to hace another surgeon to see me or at least call me to explain the procedure and recovery time etc.
I'm really nervous and no idea what to expect. I've researched A lot. It's mostly pros for me I feel. So I definitely want to do it. My boobs should spring back to near pre op. It's amazing how our body heals xxxx

Sorry that you've been having issues. This must have been a difficult decision for you but I'm sure you feel more settled for having made it. Do you think you'll have implants again in the future? I did notice on realself website that there are quite a few reviews after explants and many ladies very pleased afterwards.

Yes I'm on real self and there is some really amazing results! I'm very hopeful for.my outcome.
No I don't think I'd have implants again hun. 1. I'm 20 years old and already spent £4500 which took me forever to save and 2. I'm currently saving for a house which we hope to move next year. Then go on to have a family hopefully I just don't think I'd be able to afford it agai. Or be able to go through this emotional if I were to have complications with future implants x

Good luck hun, keep us posted. You have young stretchy skin so I'm sure you'll be pleased. It sounds like you've had an anxious, stressful time of it so it will be nice to put it all down as one of life's rich experiences and move on x
