Re: pip explant
Hi hun, I haven't had this sorry so am no use, but hopefully someone will be along to help you. Are you wanting to have the implants removed permanently? If so I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this here, although some have had to have their implant/s removed for a few months due to infection and then replaced at a later date. If you would also like a surgeons view/experience of this it may be worth asking the surgeon James McDiarmid on here.
I know how you feel
Hey Hun, I have been considering this. I think I am now swaying more to having them replaced now I have found a surgeon that I feel confident with to do my re-op. But with how my mind has been after finding out about the pips and feeling so confused I could end up changing my mind again.
I understand how ur feeling hun, when considering to have mine out for good I was thinking things like, if I have them out I wouldn't have to worry anymore etc. I think u need to give urself time and go and have as many consultations as u need until u feel happy with what desicion u what to make. I think for alot of people the and shock and outrage of what has happened is still sinking in.
Lots of love Lora xxx

Re: pip explant
Hi i dont know if this will help, i had both mine removed and replaced due to a rupture. I am very happy with the new implants. I think i would have considered keeping them out but i would be devestated to not have the boobs which have given me so much confidence. This is just me though, it is a very personal decision and whatever you decide everyone on here will be very supportive xx

Re: pip explant
Hi Janette,
I am also considering having my implants removed, but am having so much trouble finding a surgeon, and am also really worried about the outcome.
Can i ask where you are having it done? and if you have had it done were you pleased with the results.
Many thanks
