Thinking of starting Arnica advice please?
I was told to start taking arnica 2-3 days before op but not on actually day of op then a week after but read lots of posts saying different lengths of time before op. I just wandered would it help with bruising more if I started taking them earlier my op is on Friday x

Don't take it any earlier than you've been advised. Arnica is a homeopathic remedy, so while there's no evidence it works, there's also no evidence it doesn't. Me and hubs both used it, and both bruised like peaches. Others find its brilliant. I don't think it'll work more or less if you take it for longer. Stick with your surgeons instructions, and the guidelines on the pack.
