Hi girls that's me four months post op yesterday! I went to see my surgeon yesterday and he said I can now go back into normal bras but I forgot to ask whether I still have to wear my support bra whilst sleeping, how long have yous worn yours for? Also I have been using bio oil on my scars everyday but they and all the skin around them are still extremely dry and I dunno what else I can do, any suggestions? The surgeon also suggested avoiding swimming for another few months cause he says the tissue is still soft, is this normal? I am excited to get messured and get back into nice bras again! Thanks in advance for any advice on anything xxx

Wearing a bra when you're sleeping is entirely personal choice. If you've got the all clear, you dont need to, but a lot of girls like to for support, and also to keep them looking good. You dont need to be trussed up in high impact, a soft cup bra or yoga type sports bra will do.

You can use any type of moisturiser you like. Nivea, Vaseline, E45 are all good. 'Normally' swimming is around 12wks, but advice will differ surgeon to surgeon, so I'd stick to it. Public pools are worse than say a bath because its other people's ick too.

Have fun being fitted!

Thanks Charlii I think I may try a few different dreams just to see if any work better that the others, I am trying Palmer's coco butter tonight! I am also a bit worried about the fluffing process, I am four months post op and still don't feel like it's really happened, but saying that I am not 100% on what to expect xxx

Its not something you really see happening. For me, it was around 6m when I looked down and realised I was spilling out of my bra. But some girls don't change size. I wouldn't really focus on it, it'll happen eventually if it hasn't already.

Definitely advisable to wear a sports bra every night to bed to prevent sagging and keep the look of your boobs. I definitely didn't pay 4k to leave them hang out every night and not look after them lol x
