Lifting, washing hair and doing general stuff
Hi ladies,
I have looked on previous threads about this but need a bit more advice. My PS never gave me any advice about basic stuff like washing hair, lifting stuff and reaching for things.
I have been making cups of tea since day 1 and moving light stuff around as my bf is a messy beggar. Today I washed my hair and blow-dried it. I have since been told off by my BF as he said it might ruin my new boobs and make one higher than the other (he was watching a tv programme about surgery gone wrong the other day)
I have unders and am wearing a compression band. I have made sure I do not raise my arms above my shoulders at all but now I am worried that I shouldn't be even lifting them that much. I'm not really getting any pain from them, I just don't want to end up with one of them under my chin!
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks

Re: Lifting, washing hair and doing general stuff
You're fine.
As long as you're comfortable and not over stretching there's no reason at all why you can't wash and dry your hair.
You feel so much more human don't you and it's only a hair wash! But my goodness does it feel good.
Hope this eases the mind of your BF. You're being really sensible, so he should be very proud of you and looking forward to you fully introducing the twins when you're ready lol. Xx

As long as you listen to your body, if it hurts don't do it, you'll be fine!
Sounds like you're recovering well! XXX

If you're comfortable doing those things, go for it. But if it starts to ache, stop. Simple as that!
