Sleeping on belly
Hi ladies. So I went out on works meal last night and had a few too many so crashed when I got home and slept braless and on my belly! Now my surgeon has said I don't need to wear a bra at night at all now although I usually wear a crop top one and I'm sure he cleared me to sleep on my front after 6 weeks but I can't usually get comfy. I used two pillows so I wasn't completely squashing my boobs and I am 8 weeks post op. Do you think that was ok or too soon? Worried I've done some harm!!
xx

I think you'll be just fine. if your body was comfortable enough to sleep through the night (regardless of booze), then no harm done :)

Re: Sleeping on belly
It's absolutely fine.
Once your surgeon signs you off so to say at around the 4-12 week marker you can treat your new boobs as you would your old ones!
If you're not experiencing any discomfort then enjoy your good nights sleep greybear. Xx
