Belly Empty Belly

Post by Jasmine Sharpe 20th December 2012, 10:49 pm

Good evening!
So I really hate my lower stomach I feel like it sticks out just as far if not further than my boobs and I feel like this makes me look fatter than I am I wear a size 8 so I know I'm not fat but I'm very self concious about this. I was wondering if anyone else felt the same pre op and did getting a boob job help with this issue? Did anyone find they look slimmer with bigger boobs? Xx

Boobs can give you a more curvaceous shape, a specially if you have a little tummy and a good bum lol. They can also make your waists look a little smaller too.

I personally like being curvy, but if you want to to look like you have that wash board tummy, then the only way to really look that way would be through excercise hun. Xx

Hi hun I'm like you I've always had a stubborn roll of fat across my belly even when I was 8st (I'm 9.5 now) I think the BA will make you feel more in proportion but if you don't like your stomach now I don't think you magically will feel better about it post BA tbh having new perfect boobies might even make you more critical of areas you don't like. That's what I think for me anyway so I've started going gym to tone up ready for my BA :)

My belly was bigger than my boobs at one point so I know how you feel. I managed losing weight as was a size 16 at the time. I had my boobs done because I didnt like them. I would say don't have your boobs done unless you are unhappy with them.

Hey jasmine,
If you are unhappy about one part of your body, fixing another part won't really help. If you are unhappy with your lower stomach planking will help. Front plank for one minute and then side plank for be minute each side. So 3 minutes a day. When you can, increase to two minutes each. Tense your stomach as much as you can while doing this and hold your posture firm. Planking is the best thing to get rid of any belly issues. Better than sit ups.
All you need is six minutes out of your day each day and you will get an amazing stomach! No boring sit ups needed :0)
Hope this helps
Xx
