Pot belly
Heya ladies
Just a quick post about my silly pot belly I had a nice flat tummy before BA and I am almost 4 weeks ish and still have this massive pot belt it's really bad I look like I'm about 4 months pregnant and everybody is commenting on it is this normal? And how do I get rid of it? Xx

Lol Hun! It will go down! I've never been able to put in weight pre BA but I've put on 1/2 stone!!! It's because your not as active, all the little things make a difference!

You will be fine chick just wear things that cover it well for now if your feeling self consious till your back to your self again xx

Will I go back to my normal self? I am panicking and arranging a gym buddy and everything feel so awful at the moment:/ xx

oh hun, I'm sure you'll go back to pre ba as soon as you're able to be as active as you were before? healing and taking it easy is the priority.

I hope so thank you :) it's so strange the Buddah belly I wonder why it happenes I didn't have it until about a week after I'd had the surgery and thought god I'm so lucky not to get it and then as if out of nowhere I get this huge pregnant looking belly xx

It will go hun x I didn't have my Buddha belly for long! I found once I had sorted the constipation, the belly went down xx

This is why I am worrying alot because I never got any side effects like that I didn't get constipated everything were normal and now all of a sudden it's turned into this horrible looking pot belly. But I guess it's coz I have been lazy for a few weeks and when I get back hoovering and moping it'll go I hope :) thank you ladies xxx

Its VERY normal after a BA to have the Buddah belly hun and VERY common for it to last a long time too. But it WILL settle down.
So don't panic and start starving yourself, or contemplating excercise or anything else to get rid of it. It really will settle on its own hun.
Be sure that you're being active hun. Sitting around is the worst thing you can do after having a BA. No excercise, no heavy lifting, but you can do all the light chores and walking especially will help get rid of the Buddah belly hun. Now the weather is getting better nice walks in the fresh air will very soon get rid of it. Xx

Oh thanks ladies :) I have done a Short walk today which has made me feels miles better :) I'm gona keep them up :) thank you :) xx
