I think that's the standard implant price, around £700 each. Have they only just discussed this with you? Surely this should have been put out there from the off?

Ouch! Has the surgeon definitely recommended you're better off with anatomicals? If so, could you try and blame the fact you need to change on them, as they should have recommended them first time? Worth a try maybe. My rounds have settled completely now I think and I'm so surprised how teardrop-like they are....don't have any upper pole fullness without a bra which is what I wanted (straight slope rather than curved), although I must admit I did get used to the top fullness and miss it a bit!!

If there no way round this & you have to pay the extra you could maybe see if they would allow this on interest free finance so you can pay it monthly? XXX

Hi I have 3k savings but I was expecting about 500 in my mind lol. I have all upper pole and then my tissue just droops under the implant it's called snoopy dog deformity or waterfall it's the same thing. That's why the surgeon recommended tear drop to fill out the lower pole more. I won't have a true figure til my pre op meetin but I've been warned.  I could have just a pocket revision on its own and round cuis put back in for free but I worry I still wouldn't get the result I want and if I'm going thro the surgery I should really upgrade to natuerelles if I can
