Re: arnica
I take arnica quite a bit as I am a real bruiser, it seems to work but could be nonsense!
I just follow the dose.

Re: arnica
I bought Arnica but never got round to taking them. I only had a tiny yellow bruise in the middle of my chest and that was it. I have known girls on here that took it and still bruised like cray and some that didn't. It's totally up to you Hun. X

Re: arnica
Lol, i forgot to start them when I was supposed to so in the end I thought I wouldn't bother. I would get some arnica gel though and keep it in the fridge as it will be a god send after the op at home. X

I do have the Motiva, I had 440 round ones. I love them so much. I feel very happy to have the Motiva as they are a fantastic implant. What size are you having Hun? X

Re: arnica
My surgeon has said 510cc I have a slight droop so he said the round to fill me out, I am also going with THG with Renato Zaccheddu. Forgot to say I am totally flat what little I had dropped after I had my children but the good thing is I don't need an uplift. Xx

Re: arnica
Arnica is homeopathic. There's no proof it works...but there's no proof is doesn't. Personally, I still bruised all down my ribs, and so did hubs after his knee injury (his leg of course, not his ribs!). It's entirely down to you. If you do the it, stick with the pack instructions.

Re: arnica
My coordinater told me to get Arnica but my surgeon wasnt bothered, he doesnt believe in them but said if they made me feel better to go ahead. I bought them...forgot all about them...never even took one...and had no bruises at all! x

I never took it in the end, and have been ok. I had some bruising but not much. I have the Motiva can't really comment on them as only had them for 10 days but so far so good. I think. Xx
