38AA and wondering if implants will be obvious
Hello everyone
My name is Bella and I'm new here. I'm pretty depressed about the size of my boobs and I was looking for some advice. I've attached a picture I wondered if anyone may be kind enough to tell me their thoughts on whether implants would look inherently fake and obvious (regardless of skill of surgeon) because I'm a 38AA I think.
I'm 175 pounds / 12.5 stone / 80KG and 182cm / 6 foot tall, I put on half a stone recently to try and make them bigger and they have become a bit bigger. I have lost 7.5 stone over the last 3 years and putting on weight now really grates after so much hard work.
I'm fairly top heavy by nature in the shoulder department so perhaps wouldn't be keen on very large boobs as I fear they may make me look even more top heavy.
I'd appreciate your input and hello again everyone, thanks!

Re: 38AA and wondering if implants will be obvious
Hi Bella, welcome to the forum. Please have a read of the rules before posting, as we have a no naked pic policy. This is a public forum, and any creepy guy can come on here and have a look. I have removed the picture from your post, but do feel free to put up an avi of yourself in a bra/bikini like the rest of the girls.
Now, to your questions. Firstly, I'd say check you're a 38, coz you don't look it. Grab a tape measure and measure your band. Don't add 4/5, that's wrong, whatever it measures should be correct, e.g. I'm 31" so wear 32.
Second, its all down to the skill of the surgeon. Not just his surgical skills, but his ability to look at you and recommend the best implant for your body. There are so many choices, size, shape, profile, placement, that come into play when selecting an implant, so you can discuss what result you want, and how to achieve it. Have a look at some of the girls avi's on here, and you'll see what I mean. I started with a lot less than you, and mine look perfectly natural, no once noticed that didn't know. (My avi is meant to look big and busty, but I can dress them down).
Best thing to do is have a read of all our BA information forum, ask away with any questions you have, and get a couple of consultations under your belt. You don't have to commit to anything, but it'll give you an idea of what to expect, and what you can achieve. I had my first consult over a year before looking at it seriously, just so I could stop thinking about it.

Hello and welcome to Breast Buddies Bella
It would probably be wise for you to see some surgeons in your area. You can locate surgeons by either using the BAAPS website (click the 'find a surgeon' section) HERE and also there is a tool which you can use in this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
A surgeon takes in many factors when making any decisions regarding surgery for you, so this is always your first step Bella. We can help you with research about BAs, and help you to research your surgery plan and advise from our experience but we can't help you make those decisions Bella. This is something sorted between you...and an expert (a plastic surgeon)
As Charlii said there's loads of info in the Breast Augmentation Information section to help with any research and if we can help with any BA questions at all...we're right here for you Bella.

I think a breast enlargement could look amazing on anyone so long as it's done well! I spent ages looking at the before and after photos in the links within the folders referenced above! Maybe try and find someone who has similar build to you! Enjoy the research and don't rush it!
