May be obvious but...sports bra sizes?
I measure 30 inches but wear a 32 at the moment in normal bras.
For post op sports bras should I get a 34 because of swelling or will I fit a 32 comfortably? c

Best to get both and keep the tags on so you can return what doesn't fit. You can always cut up the attachments from old bra's to make your own extenders.x

If your estimated resulting size is a 32C for example, then I'd buy the estimated 32C, then I'd buy a band size up should you have swelling around the ribs, so that would also be a 34C, then I'd buy a cup size up just incase the estimated cup size is a little larger, so that would be a 32D.
Buying those 3 sizes covers all bases and like altw says, keep the receipts and tags on to try, then just take the ones back to the shop that dont fit and you can then either exchange for the size that does fit or get a refund lovely. xx

Did you get varying example 32, 34' 36 I have done that but worried the one size I don't get is the one I need and then I won't be supported properly on the day! If I am gonna be in a 32 c with swelling then I won't be happy because that's not going to be very big after swellings down, or do they swell then enlarge or swell and loose size, this is really beginning to upset me now I am so worried! If you're getting a 32C and a D you'll cover your full C cup Hun. I'd personally buy a 34C too. Just to cover you for any swelling on the ribs after surgery. There's nothing worse than your bra being too tight and you being uncomfortable babe. A C up will take you all the way up to covering a full C.
And don't be worried Hun. The cups stretch to accommodate swelling. You'll be just fine and like Alice said, keep the tags on till you know which bras fit then you take the others back for a refund. Xx
