Yes im still sore and stitches are uncomfortable but just achey bruising has eased which I have to say was horrific! Still making the most of chilling as I dont wanna go back to that feeling!

I just had a power knap and I feel even better so guna make the most of chilling as it seems to help recovery big time x

Power naps are the best. If you're sleeping, you're healing. (I just slept for 2hrs on the couch, was awesome!)

Glad to hear you are feeling better today. I remember having to take a nap every day for the first week as was just so tired. But it does all help with the healing process. Take it easy still though x

Definitely still taking it easy... its so frikin hot im scared im guna sweat an make dressings wet! And I dont think ive had time off since being a mum so I might just enjoy!

It must be uncomfortable in this heat I imagine, keep cool as well as taking it easy then. I know what you mean about having the time off being a mum, that was hard for me to not do anything with my 2 boys around. But you may as well enjoy the rest as you have to take it easy for now x
