My surgeon choose for me. I think it depends on breast tissue and other factors xx

I think it depends on implant type, breast tissue and end result etc. Im having polyurethane so they are going over but my surgeon said if I just had textured he would have put them under. Im glad im having overs as the recovery shouldn't be as bad :)
