tummy sleeping....
Hey everybody ,
hope all is well with the ladies here ,
ok well I got 6months with my babes, going very well so far, feeling great at the gym and all, just have one lil thing that is killing me,
sleeping...I want to so much, but so much sleep on my tummy, I guess as I am now comfortable, I starting to turn onto my tummy when sleeping, just don't know if it ok, as I don't see much talk about it here, its mostly the side sleeping talk, loll,
well if anybody can give me some experience pointers, would appreciate it
thanks XXX

Re: tummy sleeping....
Hi,
I would think it's ok to sleep on your tummy as long as you are comfortable it won't do any harm.
You may find if you use a V pillow it may help too with your boobs in the gap in the pillow, that way you won't be lying directly on them and not be putting pressure on them. XXX

Re: tummy sleeping....
Glad to hear you're doing well. You look fab in your avi!
I've been sleeping on my tummy for few weeks now. I use Kush and that takes huge load off them. I also just naturally turn onto the front during the night. No pain or discomfort so I guess my body is fine with it.
V pillow is also my fave and I use it every night too xx

Its absolutely fine. If you body is naturally doing it, and you're comfortable with it, then there's no problem.

I have the problem that I wake up half on my front and my boobs really don't like it yet! Think I am going to have to put a pillow in front of me to stop it. You will be ok you're further post op than me x

Re: tummy sleeping....
i've slept on my tummy since month 1, it's easier if you have a pillow under your tummy though

Re: tummy sleeping....
Hey,
I seem to start sleep on my side then move onto my tummy but it hurts so I wake and have to sleep on my side again!!!!
Might try the v pillow trick but I mainly sleep on my side.

Re: tummy sleeping....
i would say just listen to your body and do what feels comfortable to you.
i sleep on my front now and again, though i toss and turn quite a bit. earlier post op it wasn't entirely comfortable but now i'm totally fine with it. x

Re: tummy sleeping....
I sleep on my tummy all the time I was trying not to but I just wake up on my front! Somedays I wake up and I'm a bit achy but it goes within minutes. Xx
