Latest complication - left which has been uneven and had rippling is now going hard lumpy.  Got to see go first n rule out other reasons for lumps then see surgeon who they say won't operate until it gets worse

Sorry Loui thats not the best news. Before you start to worry wait until it had been fully investigated. I know that's easier said than done sometimes. Big hug xx

I have loads of questions I'm sorry - have y had to fight transform for revision surgery,  if I havqe to wait for it to get worse how long? Are there hidden costs? What's the recovery like (time Off Work?), what are the odds of it happening again?  If it did happen again, and I wanted to go under to minimize the risk I would need a lift, would hAbe to pay or would this be covered?  Sorry ladies x

It must be so devastating no matter how much you prepare for the prospect that it could happen, I wish I could say something to make you feel better but at least it can be fixed although that is no comfort when you dream of your perfect boobs and there is complications is probably what you are thinking. Don't cry though hunni xx

I'm so sorry you are feeling down. Understandably so.

Right Transform will fix the problem free of charge in first 3 years. However it will have to be grade III or IV CC for them to operate. Also nurse is not qualified to say which grade it is - so you must see the surgeon who will give go ahead for the revision if it's warranted and puts wheels in motion. Not your PCC or nurse. We all get CC to some extent- that's part of the body dealing with foreign item inside us. There will be scar tissue . Nobody knows why the scar tissue/capsule will contract in some people though. The grade III and VI need revision. If you have got grade II for example you may need to wait a little while before you can have your op. Most surgeons don't operate until 6 months post original surgery anyway.

No company will offer you a free uplift as part of the capsulectomy for CC- you will have to pay for the lift I'm afraid. That's pretty standard.
There may be other reasons for the lumps and hardening- it could be hormonal sometimes. My natural breasts turned hard with hormonal changes few times to the point I was convinced I was pregnant and did about 12 test in 6 weeks! Then had period from hell and all went back to normal.

Before you start to panic- please make an appointment with your surgeon and don't take NO for an answer from the receptionist hun. Everything up to that point is speculation and will just make you feel ill and wears you out. Try not to panic and see the specialist who will give you the answers that you need.
This is why you payd for your aftercare- you have access to your surgeon when you need.

Big hugs xxx

Thanku so Much kdee for your good advice, your right,  until my ps says it definitely is then I'm not going to panic,  and then if I do need revision surgery I will face it then and put the money towards a lift if they say I have to go under, I'm sure after the troubles of this I would be offered a discount of some sorts?x

I know that my surgeon said that if it was outside my aftercare, say 18 months, he waves his fee and I just pay for the hospital fees. I'm not sure transform would do that tho as I went through a surgeon at a private hospital. Like kdeee said, don't be upset yet until you have spoke to your surgeon, it could be glands or something else, you said you have had flu lately xxx

Thanks, from that pic you can only slightly see it, would be impossible to tell, looks like it's a gland but then I don't know if CC forms lumps. Your breast doesn't visibiliy look like the ones when I was researching Complications so fingers crossed! Take it's slightness as being a positive Hun xxx

Hi having grade III CC I can say that it doesnt normally form as a lump so I think that it might be hormonal or something other than CC but probably nothing to worry about

I had my reop done FOC and that was for CC, pocket lowered and muscle disection and Im looking at another reop

If your changing size and going smaller then need a lift you will need to pay for the implants (if not damaged by the CC then they will be free) and the lift.  if you went through the surgeon only sometimes as its their name on the line they will sort out as much as they can FOC but with a company they will sort out what is needed only
