Arnica
Hi!
So 3 more sleeps until DD-Day!!! I'm taking the arnica every few hours but I have just noticed on the pack it says suck or chew the pillules. I've been swallowing them with water, does this mean they won't work?
Really getting jittery now, so many doubts about sizing etc that I was ok with until now it's so close, pre-op freak out is starting!!!!!!

Re: Arnica
I wouldn't worry about it too much. The effects of Arnica are debatable anyway, theres no hard proof it works or not. Start crunching now that you know.
Try to keep yourself occupied, maybe have some pampering time. Its perfectly normal to feel the nerves, but it'll all be fine.

Can you put ice straight on skin/scars or should there b a layer in between ? I'm thinking scars/dressing would get wet? Also the gel... Should this b used around but not on scars? Tx

Re: Arnica
Your scars will be covered so you can't put gel on them anyway but it is nice on the rest of your boobs. I used ice yesterday in a zip up bag covered in a towel and I was wearing a macom and vest you can't get them wet just got to make sure the ice is sealed properly xx
