Exercise after re op
Hi girls
Quick question why am I not allowed to exercise for 6 weeks again after a re op if the healing is a much quicker process? I feel absolutely fine like I could easily exercise.. I really want to get into it as I've booked a holiday for then end of May!! xxxx

You've still had an op, yes the recovery is quicker however you've still had a ga, had the pocket revision and things still need to heal before you start putting pressure on your body and do yourself a mischief ! X
