Re: Wear after op?
I've packed some comfy joggers, a zip up hoody and a loose top and vest incase it's hot. Was obsessing over what to pack and what would go with what for ages but I don't even care now I'm sure on the day I won't even notice what I'm wearing haha not long for me now eeek xx

Charlii wrote:Hey Boney, sorry for delay! Buddah belly is a glorious side affect of the GA. It bloats you. Plus the constipation. Also you'll find yourself hunching for the first week or so trying to protect yourself, which exacerbates it. Theres no quick solution, though peppermint tea is meant to help (though it makes me vom, yuck). Plenty of fluids, white proteins (chicken, turkey etc), and it'll pass eventually. And yes, a few girls need some laxatives by day 3!
Lacey, see here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Its meant to prevent cleavage wrinkles! Although a lot of the girls find it helps support post op when sleeping because of the new weight. I used a pair of socks personally, probably up til about 5mth before I could comfortably sleep without it.

Charlii - Thanks babe, I was totally oblivious to this! I'm planning on having a colonic afterwards anyway so hopefully I wont be too bad.
Xx

Yeh, the surgeons tend to leave out the part where you're fat, greasy and miserable afterwards...I wonder why...
