Morning boob
Hi girls,
I'm 3 months post op now!! My PS recommended that I wear sports bra during the day and no bra at night.. So that they drop and fluff quicker.
But every morning I wake up my boobs ache..
Is this normal 3 months on?
Thanks for advice

I've never heard of this but I'd be careful as the skin may stretch over time with the weight but if it's short term and on His advice I'm sure it'll be fine x

Re: Morning boob
Hi, babe! I'm 7 weeks post-op and I also wake up with achy boobs! I think a lot of this may be due to me sleeping on my sides now and therefore my boobs are taking the weight of my body.. I think it's very natural to wake up with morning boob because your muscles are repairing and adjusting to the previous stress they may have endured the day before. So, if you've done any stretching of your pectoral muscles the previous day (e. g hoovering or gym activities) your muscles will start repairing that following night and you'll feel it in the morning.
I'd say it's very normal, babe. Also, you may be dropping and fluffing too so obviously this may cause stretching and adjusting of the skin and therefore cause discomfort :):) xxxx

I hope so, cos I'm so careful.. Still not going to the gym to make sure that they settle more before I start any activities..
I just want them to feel like a part of me now..

Re: Morning boob
Hey Blondie. Theyre going to be healing for up to 2 years internally, so aching is perfectly normal. Mine still get sore 8months on. And I still don't like sleeping braless, because I will wake up in the middle of the night really sore, so again, normal. Its not the same as morning boob, with that rush of fluids and the swelling, its just normal muscle ache.

Re: Morning boob
You should start one up, babe! If you keep track of your own individual progress you may be pleasantly surprised at just how well they're progressing, dropping and growing! :) You can't notice any changes just by looking at them in the mirror everyday as mirrors are deceiving and also our own brain deceives us! But the camera never lies and you can definitely notice even small changes :)
I hope you're alright, babe xxxx
