Re: xls medical fat binders with implants
Hi welcome back ,
I haven't used these but have heard that you can experience some unpleasant side effects, flatulence leakage etc.
As to the effects on implants your surgeon would be the best one to answer this question, though I wouldn't think they could be damaged, better to ask an expert though.
Enjoy your holiday when it comes, we could all do with some nice weather at the moment!

Try cutting out bread and pasta for a fortnight ....very effective for achieving a flat tummy instead of going down the pill popping route xx

Lmao.just looked it up I.literally thought it was a binder like u.wore it loooool
I'd say stay away from pills too plus a dress size is a big amount to loose. Remember it might have an.effect on.boobs where u might get rippling and a diff look xx

Re: xls medical fat binders with implants
I would not take xls (or any other diet pill for that matter) as they don't work! The supposedly "medical study" that has proven it's effectiveness is flawed- just ask anyone who us familiar with research and the "gold standard" of it..
I agree with soosie- cut our bread pasta fizzy drinks for fortnight. lots of veg, good clean protein and some carbs (from sweet potato for instance) will do you world of good. our bodies need carbs to function but it's best to get them from non processed foods ;)
Good luck xx
