unders ladies with binders
i was just pondering on some thoughts and wondered what you wore??? last time i had overs so i had to wear the sports bra, so was just able to waer t shirts that looked ok with sports bras beneath them, but this time it appears im having under's and getting the binding straps instead. (the mummy look)
just wondering what i can wear thats gunna cover the larger strapping up and wont my nipples get sore because they will have nothing covering them...lol

I had those straps hun, as you know! Though I wore my sports bra from the day of my op too. If I didn't I think my boobs would have fallen off!
I stayed in my house for 7 days straight, did not want to risk hurting myself! I only had a small choice of tops that would cover the straps too. Even now I have trouble finding tops to cover my sports bras as I have the shock absorbers which come quite high up! XXx

hey hun, i had a strap as well, i only had to wear mine for 7days some surgeons like you to wear them for 2weeks. i struggled loads to find tops to cover them but didnt bother me as stayed where i was not seen in public so didnt mind so much, i have had mine taken off today so nice not to be wearing it.
singingbabe, its to push u implants down and stop them riding so high on your chest wall, yet again its down to surgeons peference if you have one or not. xxx
