keep waking up on side
For the past few nights I keep waking up laying on my side. I build a pillow prison around me and have the V pillow too but in the night I must just move them cos they're all over the place when I wake up :/ is it really bad for my boobs that I'm laying on my side? Getting a lil bit worried and I'm not sure what to do about it xx

Try going to sleep with one pillow or cushion under each arm...(like a big arm chair) rather than putting them around you. May work hun?

Di I am good thanks, better today, so far each day has seen a little improvement (so far) x
Jordan thanku.... Gosh you must be a wriggley sleeper hun. Erm I don't know what else to try, have you been given the ok to sid esleep if comfy yet? If you have I was just thinking that you could arrange the pillows in order to sleep that way, as long as your breasts have support...Eg: socks rolled between them and resting in the V of a v pillow perhaps?
Don't sleep this way though unless told it's ok.
Hope you are feeling well
xx

Krizzooo I've always been a fidgetter! Drives the boyfriend mad! I haven't been given the okay but I also haven't asked.. I'll try the sock thing maybe :) I'll take any suggestions at the moment.. I don't want to ruin these new babies! Ha :)
Tink it is really 21 days! Has absolutely flown by. I'm not in pain sleeping on my side I was more worried that I could do some sort of damage to them that's all. Can that happen? xx

Hiya. ,
At 3 weeks post op you should be ok to start sleeping on your side if it's comfortable. Try cuddling your v pillow so you don't roll over and squash your boobs & rolling up a fluffy sock and putting it between your boobs will support them.
As long as your'e not sore then it's ok , just need to keep those new additions supported. XXX
