Hey hun! Ive just told everyone that im having one and if they ask why i tell them. If not i dont.....i felt tht i needed to as people will notice as im so flat and did noy want all the questions afterwards. Also working in a hospital i felt comfortable enuff too....and habe had great support and suggestions from the nurses! I couldnt care less what people think. Im doingit for me and noone else....i know the real reason! 
Just do and say what you feel comfortable with! Xx
