Hi girls,

I'm 7 weeks post op now.. The time has flown so quickly..

And now a question.. When were you all back to normal?

I feel ok, but opening jars, cutting meat, hoovering.. It also strains me and the my boobies hurt for days.. My hubby says that I was so careful first long that now my muscles have to get used to working..

Now I'm scared of doing anything not to damage my  boobsign

But what do you all think girls?

Thanks for advice !!!

Love you all  group hug

If you had unders those kinds of things may always feel a little different hun, you defo wont do them any harm so try not to worry, will just take a little getting used to!

You're fine to do all of those things now, just ease yourself back in gently.

I think it's completely normal to still feel cautious and fragile, babe! My nurse told me that I may still feel tender and pain for up to three months! She actually recommended that because i had unders, i shouldn't start running or do any gym work for about 2-3 months..
Completely normal, babe.. Unders are much more painful and intrusive on your body. Just listen to your body and take it as easy as your boobs tell you to.
Good luck and take care, honey xxxx

Thanks girls but.. Why everyone else seems fine and I'm sore for days after even trying to open a glass jar?

My PS recommended I wear macom during day and no bra at night but I feel so insecure without my macom and my breast feel sensitive without bra.. Almost like sometimes they are detaching inside????

Anyone else feels that way or am I dramatising?  sad smile

Hey,

At my  review appointment (week after surgery) my surgeon said that I could go without a bra at night, as he was pleased with how they had healed. I do go without a bra at night if I've had a long day at work and after been the gym, so like to give them a break from being supported.

You don't have to go braless in the night if you don't want to. I never do, even now. All contributes to sagging etc x
