Is this normal??

Hia, I am now nearly 5 weeks post BA and for nearly a week now my boobs seem to have been going into a weird shape. They have kinda dropped down in a funny way and seem like ive squished them in some way. There is more boob on the cleavage side of the breast and the nipples and gone down and further out. They look like i have been laying on my front for hours which i havnt. In my bra they look fab but out they look weird!!! When I massage them they seem to go back into a normal position but when I constrict them again they go back in this position. My bras got checked on monday so I no they fit fine. Im just worried they will stay like this cos they really dont look nice! Wish I had a camera then i would show u all the pics! I just keep having to reposition them in the bra to make sure they keep the shape! Not sure if its normal. Saw my PS last week and he thought they looked fab but that was before they were like this! Help!!
