Arnica Empty Arnica

Afternoon Ladies,

I was talking to a girl at work who had her BA a few months ago and she said that she brought arnica to help with bruising but once I spoke to another lady she said it was a waste and doesn't actually help at all.
What are your thoughts? Is it worth investing in it? Smike

You'd need to talk to your Dr about his/her prefernce on this as some Dr's don't like it.

If you do want to use it i'd recommend getting it a few weeks prior and take it for a day or two to see how you react to it, it made me unreal sick, really did a number on my stomach D: x

I have asked my surgeon about it and he said that he is no happy for me t use arnica so I haven't used it xx
