Exercising post BA
Hi girls, I know your supposed to wait till 6 weeks post BA to do any exercise but what about squats and leg lunges? I am desperate to start toning my legs and bum and just wondered if it was ok to start doing this now? I am currently 25 days post op.

We have actually just been discussing this in the post below (exercise with overs)
It's always best to follow the instructions given, it is for a reason, however a few gentle leg lunges or squats may be ok but just really take it slow and see how you feel, you won't want to get your heart racing too much... Just remember 6 weeks in the grand scheme of things isn't very long seeing as these new boobs don't come cheap and anything you can do to aid your recovery even if that means resting for 3 weeks more will be worth it in the end x

I really would recomend sticking to your surgeons instructions. If you go against them and do yourself a mischief, you may invalidate your aftercare. 6weeks will be done with before your know it, you're already half there! Plus you may think that just because you're doing lower body its fine, but anything that gets the blood pumping may affect your wound and stitches.

Re: Exercising post BA
I'd wait hunny, taking 6 weeks out of your excerise routine is a very small price to pay for your gorgeous new expensive boobs.
Put your healing first.
You may also feel mentally ready however after doing a few squats may kancker you as your body is still healing and using that energy for healing.
Eat healthy nutrious food lots of protein for repair and carbs for energy.
Honestly hunny 6 weeks will fly by and once you've got the all clear then start back.
