I'M back home now, boobs are very sore hot and looking very stretched. Is there anything I can do to make them feel better and help swelling go down? (I assume swelling is the problem and not that implants are over stretching the skin, they look like they did when my milk came in!) X

Ice packs helped me(not on incisions)but it is uncomfortable and although the icepacks helped with the pain it won't make the swelling go down right away... I also used cream in my boobs again not near incisions as my skin became dry and I didn't want stretch marks xxx

Ice packs across the top of your breasts, the coolness will spread throughout. Keep on top of your paracetamol too, this will help.

Laura, I agree with the other girls, ice packs or a bag of frozen peas as they can be moulded around your shape!

Hope you had a good experience over all. Hopefully your recovery will be straightforward. Mine has been absolutely fine, I think Mr Russo did a great job!!x
