Thanks Louise! Feeling excited again today... the wait leading up to it is such an emotional rollercoaster ha!
Haven't brought anything just yet- got all my xmas shopping out the way first. Get paid at the end of the month though so will be heading straight to the shops! Any recommendations? xx

Re: December Buddies
Hey ladies,
So i managed to survive Peppa Pig!! It was as horrendous as expected, we're going to Cinderella Panto next month which is much more my thing :0)
You right Jordan, it's such an emotional rollercoaster. I have been surprisingly chilled the last few weeks, not nervous at all. Previously i was stressing about everything and googling every complication possible, so i'm relieved that phase has passed! I'm glad you are feeling excited!!
I am feeling very left out, as i am the only one without a pair of rice boobs. I am going to make myself a pair today to wear around the house :0)

Re: December Buddies
Welcome prettylil, congrats on being the first in dec, I'm 3 days after you, it's getting close now!
I made rice boobs when I was going for my consultations but haven't since as they looked huge and freaked me out so thought I best leave well alone, haha.
I still need the surgical shower gel for before the op and I need face wipes and baby wipes and a comfy track suit for lazing about in, glads it's payday in 2 days! Xx

Re: December Buddies
I got a v pillow from tesco for £7.50. I just got it because a few others said it comes in handy to prop you up so you don't roll onto your side and I need all the help I can get as I ALWAYS sleep on my side. You've got plenty of time to get yourself sorted, don't panic

Re: December Buddies
Welcome Prettylil at last The only things I've bought is a Macom and post op top, i was still feeling like i had ages to wait but eeek it's so close now.
Mrs B step away from the rice boobies in case they mess your head up about size. I've got so used to and attached to mine that i'm torturing myself daily with size and praying the real ones don't turn out smaller coz the size is perfecto for me.
I'm going to a charity curry night tonight with my friends, having a mental panic that if i eat too much curry i'll be too fat for my op, why do us girls go through such mental torture, i honestly thought once i turned 40 i'd totally cracked it and was a lot more relaxed about enjoying treats in moderation.x

Re: December Buddies
Don't worry about the curry Louise - honestly hon even if you do gain a few pounds (which i'm sure you won't), it won't make any difference to your Op. Plus once you've got your fab boobies, who is going to be looking at your tummy lol!!
Yes welcome Prettylil I've bought 2 x Macom, a post Op top, dry shampoo, wipes and some anti bacterial soap. I'm not planning on buying much else at the moment. I had a clear out of my wardrobe this morning, binning any loose unflattering tops, old bra's and bikinis. Making space for tight fitting tops and new undies - will definately be hitting the shops in Jan!!

Re: December Buddies
MissCET... Not meeting with surgeon again unless I really need to speak to him.. My pre op with nurse which I think is just to go over bmi, blood pressure, med questions maybe that kind of thing.. Prettylil...are you going under local anaesthetic? Just asking because you are day case.. I am too and going under LA as opposed to GA...

Hey Louise!!! how are you!!!
Wonderwoman - yes i am a day case .. surgeon's choice - not that i mind!!! would like to be in my own bed asap loool
Yes its GA for me ..
unfortunately - i have not done any shopping yet .. i have a little list now as below:
Arnica
V pillow
Macom bra
marks n spencer sports bra (this is needed after op)
That's it for me .. really cant afford any luxuries .. as i have to get new bras shortly and i also have to buy my home .. so - i really want to be tight esp after this big spend..
wish i won the lotto... looool
I am not meeting with my surgeon again - he has not said i need too .. although i am thinking of how my pre-op will be done ..
It seems some ladies have blood tests etc b4 surgery - well i will wait and see - i have 12 days to go ...

Re: December Buddies
Hi girls,
I'm new on here, but I've been reading the forum for a while. I'm all booked for my BA with Mr Hassan at elite surgical on 2nd December. I'm sooo not prepared, and it's just hit me that it's in less than 2 weeks. How did the time go so fast! It's crazy. Anyway just wanted to say Hi Xx
