Hi Jen, your day is so close now, are you excited? What size are you going for? They are very tight at the mo, keep having to put ice packs on the right one in particular, looking forward to the swelling subsiding so I can get an idea of how there guna look but think that'll be a few weeks yet. Xx

MrsB where do you put the ice packs & how long do you put them in for, i've got a bit of swelling coming out now on my right side, it feels really spongy to touch?
Got home about an hour ago, currently having a wee lie down in bed, had my lunch made for me & my mums doing my ironing, life is good x

sit the ice pack on the top of the breast and no where near the wounds

whats your dressing like can you see the boobs xx

Hi Louise, Tink has answered your question, just put it wherever it's swelled apart from near your stitches. Sounds like your getting well looked after, are you chuffed with your boobies? Xx

Fab girls thanks, most swelling seems to be round sides just now, so can I put the ice packs there kind of under my arms? Tinks I've got sticky tape round tops of boobs and down middle and all underneath, I mean they look like comedy torpedo boobs, but size feels great and because I've seen some of the girls pics trails it's really easy to look at them as norm like that at this stage.
Although when I got home my mum said 'Where are they?' I think she was really expecting me to walk in like Dolly Parton, she's now since said 'aw that's good nobody will notice you've had them done', lol talk about making me para.

lol yeah after my reop my MIL was ike eh you look flatter I was like yeah thanks for that lol I was gutted but its all the strapping wen that comes off you will see a diff xx

Haha feel better now, honestly Tink I was doing so well and feeling so happy with them, then when I lifted my top up and she saw my Macom she said 'it looks like your wearing one of those comedy boobs you get from joke shops', needless to say i'll not be showing my hubby the Macom, or i'll def not be having sex day 4.x

I haven't showed my bloke my boobs yet either, they are still hard, hope they start getting softer soon, but hey I'm only on day 4 lol so shouldn't expect to much early days still, can't believe how much sleeping I'm doing, lovely to read everyone is doing well, it's along journey isn't it

My macoms are a great support - i have not taken them off except for a lite shower ...

i dont think i could walk around without the macoms for now ... it seems to just hold my twinnies so well ..

I have terrible back ache - and this is NOT from my twinnies - its from sleeping badly and sitting badly at the moment - it hurts badly

asides that - i am going upstairs to find a beautiful dress for work xmas lunch tomorrow ...

Hola Girls, I tried really hard not to have a nap today so i'd sleep better tonight, well I failed miserably with that plan, woke up about an hour ago with drool on my chin and felt like I had 1 of those blooming pink elephants on my chest, oooft.
Prettylil don't you be doing too much now.
How's all our pre oppers doing, your tickers are ticking away like lightening?
I actually can't ever imagine taking my Macom off, totally don't care if it stinks, I really want to have a good look, but too scared.x

Evening :) nice to see how well everyone is doing! My macom came in the post today.. looks sooo attractive- NOT! But if its gonna help my new boobies when I get them then its a price I don't mind paying! :)  been stressing a bit today cos I've been quite achey and heady.. just praying I don't get ill! Have to OD on vitamins and sleep I think :)

Glad to hear you are all doing well. Sorry i've been rubbish the last few days, i've had the most horrendous cold and ear infection - so feeling pretty terrible! The last week has been spent looking after my two poorly girls, and now i'm sick. Despite instructions not to take painkillers, i've been dosing myself up to try and recover before my BA..

I am going to rest up, and will no doubt be posting full of 'booby excitement' in the next few days xxxx

Oh Miss C that sounds awful!! make sure you get lots of sleep! hopefully you'll be better by next week! :) Only a week to go - exciting stuff! :D get well soon lovely xx

I am doing pretty well - i am in the office today - so had to go out early enuf with my work bag - its a trolley bak pack - so i slowly pulled it all the way and lifted it gently and slowly - had to get the bus , train ..

it was not bad at all - although i was very very slow ...

My macoms seem to be loose now - Cookie - is this normal? i am only a few days post ops and i only just got them ..

I was a 32 pre-op , so i got a 32 still - and it feels loose ... hmmm

my constipation seems to have vanished - but i got a good lesson there - so back on strictly fruits and vegs ..

thank God - its been 3 full days without pop corn!!!

I tried on my work shirt last nite - the boobie area is loose and the tummy area is tight (loool - i ate too much)..

so i was like no way!!!! and started my salad / fruit / veg meals ..

not paid so much to have my boobs competing with my tummy - No way!!!!

I can now tell with my pics that i was well swollen - its going down now and am seeing some sort of shape ..

I will start the pic trail this weekend - i have loads of pics so will just sort them and upload ..

asides that - i am doing very well

Cookie - i have the furries - (i know they drop), they are still rock solid ... what other changes are there to come? would it still get bigger like the other girls experience..

Hi all, glad your doing well lil, I feel loads better today, I've managed to potter about this morn for half hr with what only can be described as very gentle housework, a snail would be quicker lol but kitchen is looking cleaner which makes me feel better, going to have a shallow bath or shower if I'm brave enough and let the new boobs have some freedom, it's true what others said everyday gets alittle bit better xx

everyday does get a lot better - honestly ... some days are slower than others - but my boobs are changing everyday!! and so also is my strength and ability to gain my independence back.

I am getting stronger and better and able to accept my boobs more ..

Post oppers / Cookie / Tinks / ladies - do you still feel there is 'something foreign / strange' in your chest?

I know i can feel my implants now and well - cos they are new - just wanted to know if the 'feeling' ever disappears..

I know what you mean lil mine don't feel part of my body, if I'm honest mine look horrible at the mo, can't face showing my fella them think he'd be horrified, he's being really quiet with me at the mo which isn't helping, will they really get soft and feel normal again?

Nooo MissC, oh kids and their bugs, my little girl had a full on tummy bug the sat/sun before my op, I was so worried I was going to get it, I felt so bad cuddling her with rubber gloves on and wiping everything she touched with Dettol wipes. You keep focused hun ,this op's happening, so close now.

May I've not shown my hubby mine, to be honest he doesn't want to see them yet either.

My pain kicked in yesterday tea time, swelling was a bit disturbing as well, but keeping mind strong that it's all normal. Didn't sleep too good, going to read up on how to make the 'Pillow Fort' today.

Felt amazing when got up this morning, had a little bath and my Mum washed my hair. I undid my Macom for first time and had a peak, OMG I'm in love with myself, lol, showed my Mum and she was like 'Blooming hell they look fab, I want some', lol.
My Hubby doesn't know what he's missing, they're pretty strapped up but you can see the boob & nipple part.
Keeping the pain at bay with Paracetamol & Ibruprofen, can start to feel when it wears off, so dose myself up again.

Just hoping I sleep better tonight.

I'm doing ok thanks, got my check up with Mr Liew this evening and think he's taking my stitches out so not really looking forward to that it'll make me feel funny, oh just the thought! They feel really heavy at the moment and I keep holding them, it's a good job I'm at home on my own! 
You sound like your doing well! Glad to hear your happy with the size, mine look massive at the moment, I hadn't shown my husband because I thought he may think "what the .......) but took photos of them which he saw and said, there not going to look like that are they? I explained they need to drop, and there really swelled at the mo, I mean, I could have two cereal bowls under my skin! 
Anyhow, I can't wait to see the changes they go through, it's exciting! Xx

Dont worry - you will take a turn for the best in a few hours!!! i had that bad day too and i took a turn for the best almost suddenly!!

I am glad you finally had a peek and you luv them - that's the most important thing ..

If you can luv them now - imagine how you will feel in weeks to come ... amazin!!!!

you prob wont feel them as you might still be numb there (something alot of us feel for a few month) but if you do feel it its like a tug and sometimes a wee nip

Louise- I'm much better today thank you! After getting everything off my chest yesterday and having a soak in the tub and a good night's sleep I felt so much better about everything this morning :)
Soooo pleased to read how much you love your new additions! All of you girls and your excitement despite the discomfort is what's getting me through and stopping me from throwing a wobbly! Not long now- 10 days :) 

PrettyLil I've had to have stitches removed before and honestly hun it was fine! :) they should test the area first for sensitivity and if you're in any discomfort you might get given something for it to make it a bit easier but as Tink said it's more of a tugging feeling rather than pain if that makes sense? xx
