Do high profile implants give you more fullness? I'd like fullness at the top of my boob as I'm quite flat along my chest bone.

Just checked over my surgery details and he's giving me 350cc high profile cohesive gel implants.

You do get more fullness at the top with high profiles as they project further than a low profile implant.

I think you get more fullness at the top and more projection.

I had high profile overs and as you can see, mine are quite full at the top!

Marie is your bra pulling them up as well or do they sit like that without a bra? I like that fullness but worried i'll look too fake

mine just sit like that with a bra without they look natural with a bra they look fake but i like the fake look though with overs u always gonna have the roundness at the top

Yea that's good. You can change your boobs with your mood, feeling a bit more civilised have them natural, feeling a bit more risque yank em up!!!

Like Nat said, I have the choice of both.

That bra in my pic is pushing them up, but if I wear a sports bra or a non push up bra, they are still full and rounded at the top but not in such an obvious way! If that makes sense!

What will I get do you think?, im getting extra full projection, but they are moderate height, also they are anatomical. :dunno:

I dont have much at all at the top DBS!! Started boney, and flat..... and anatomical gave me a natural slope.. rather than a round vb look on a boney body. But, if I had a little more beef on my bones and some boob...could have had rounds to have a choice like others. But, all body stats and shapes do differ dramatically.

my chest is very bony u can hear my bones when i bang it and mine dont look like v b shes really tiny compared to most of us i mean ive lost weight recently and im size 8 now but shes a size 4 thats tiny i doubt u get vb look

sounds like you have a similar body shape to me mia, , ill get whatever i can have and hope i like the results!

I think you will have a 'fuller' slope than I have DBS!! as you are having a bigger implant it will fill out your chest wall much better. And, I got a bra yesterday and it did give me 'oomph' like I see on the other girls!!! Well, I was shocked, surprised and very chuffed and scared too . Have you seen pics of anatomicals? if you want to see mine you are welcome, I think you are going to be very happy with your choice
