High Profile/ Extra High Profile

Hey ladies,

Had my first consult on Saturday and was offered 295cc high profile or 310cc extra Hugh profile. How much difference is there in how these would look? I'm 30b, rib measurement 29inches, over bust 32inches about 5"7 and 55kg. Want to go as big as I can but stopping before the point when you can clearly see the outline of the implants because the skin is so stretched! I think I don't have much skin to play with so I'm worried extra high profile might look fake...

Got another consult next weekend with a different company so will see what they say but anyone that has any knowledge/experience it would be really appreciated! Thanks xx

The differences in profile are that the higher the profile, the narrower the base width is and more forward projection you get. The lower the profile, the wider the breast base is the less forward projection you get.

The diagram below should help you better understand (extra high would be narrower e again with more forward projection than the high in the pic)

If you've been told you can have either then you'd probably have to think what's more important to you.

Do you want more forward projection so the stick out more?

Or do you want more side boobage so your boobs are fuller?

Hi I was 34a I'm 5ft 6 and almost 10 stone! I had 340 high profile overs 3 days ago, currently measuring 36e! My surgeon initially wasn't sure I had enough skin to go that big but said he would put 300's in high profile if he felt 340's were too big! At the minute they are sat like swollen torpedo's on my chest but don't look too wide or big for my frame! They are perfectly round and have a gorgeous cleavage line at the minute!! Hope this helps

Thanks both of you. Hmm I guess fuller is more important for me so the 295cc may be better for me. I just hope they don't look too flat but most people have high profile and they look great. Xx

Hi, I had extra high profiles, I love my new boobs but do have a big gap still between them (3 finger width!) and can only get a good cleavage in a padded plunge. That may be partly down to by body shape but if you want cleavage then the wider base is more likely to give you that I think.

Hi huni x I'm 5ft 7 and weigh 8st 11 lbs rob age 28 inches! I had 325 extra high profile, and I currently measure a 30F! But everyone is different so what size etc you get from the implants you decide to have may not be that same as someone else with the same stats/ body shape as yourself! Take in some pics of boobs you like when you have another consult, surgeons like this as it shows them the look your after rather than the size xx good luck. X

Yeah that's a great idea I've taken some pics already. Your stats are almost identical to mine! What is the gap like between your boobs? Because I'd love to go as big as possible but really don't want a big gap between my boobs. My pc even recommended I go for the 295 high profile cox she said on my chest the extra high profile will look fake. Xx

I can get 2 - 3 fingers inbetween when standing up.But I did have quite a large gap to begin with. Mine don't look fake at all, I don't think lol. I had extra high profile as I had a lot of loose skin to fill from breast feeding. X

Ahh ok so you had loose skin, I don't have any. Hmm so probably high profile would be a safer bet than extra hp xx

You should go with whatever your surgeon recommends hun, not your pcc, she is just a glorified sales person! I had all sizing appointment with my surgeon x I hope your next consult goes well hun, do keep us all updated xx good luck x

Also very true what cookie said about listening to your surgeon - they know best :-) I didn't even know what profile I was having till today lol but completely trust him 100% xx

The whole profile thing confused me a lot and even once I decided on the size I was worried EHP would look to "fake" but I trusted my surgeon and I am glad I did! I think it also comes down to your BWD as well as mine was quite small I needed EHP in the implant size I wanted.
