Thanks girls for all you're advice. I have spoken to MyBreast and they are sending me something out, so might get that today, but I don't think I really need it anymore thanks to you all Hug

I bought so carex anti bac handwash with aloe vera to wash with before hand it actually smells quite nice!

I've bought some handwash to, couldn't see any anti bac 'normal' soap. Decided soap was soap :)

Nads - Thanks for that post - especially the not to take ibuprofen two weeks before - made a note of that in my diary now!!
