Re: micropore tape?
i was told by my PS to leave it on for 3 weeks and then go bare. 3 weeks is a long time according to my nurse, and as you say you are completely healed, so really i can't imagine you needing to wear it still.
but of course do check with your clinic x

Re: micropore tape?
I have been asked to wear microtape for at least 3 months!
I would check with the clinic, we all get given different advice.

Re: micropore tape?
I had to wear it for 2 weeks then that was it but I still had to keep my scars dry etc for a few weeks more, like no submerging under water and swimming etc
im pretty proud of my scars (thankfully something went right lol) they are very hard to see now and i worry this will maybe change after my reop
but yip as everyone else says if in doubt as your surgeon xx
