Does anyone know if you can do vibration plate training after a BA?
I'm worried about causing ruptures

Hmmmm, wasn't quite sure what this thread was going to be about!

Seriously though, if in doubt ask your surgeon. Otherwise I would be going on the 6-8weeks to start gentle exercise. I can't believe it would do any more damage than running, and obviously make sure your assets are well supported x

I'm 9 weeks post op, I was just worrying about ruptures, I have bad knees so struggle to really exercise, my knees knock my motivation.

If it were me I would be happy to start, but a quick call to your clinic on monday will reassure you x
