I feel like I need a good stretch in the morning. Trying to just stretch my arms and back and make sure I don't pull chest. Is that ok? X

Ooh me to. I spoke to one of the girls at elmis and she said no body massages for six months after an op to allow body to heal fully. Was very impressed with her honesty cos I was about to book in for a course to! X

Try not to raise your arms and stretch Jay. Its fine to straighten up your back sweetie and stretch that out to a point where you're comfortable but your arms will let you know when they're ready to have that tension applied to them from stretching. After all you've been through hun you want to extra careful now so don't add any tension at all to those stitches which you might by stretching your arms. Xx
