Few questions!
1- when did they start to feel like your own? I'm still very conscious that there are implants in my chest!!
2- when you take your sports bra off is it normal for them to feel very achey and heavy? I don't like the feeling at all!!
3- my Macom is tight but I can get two fingers under it... Do you think that's ok? It's over my incisions but I have my dressings on still?
4- when did you notice yours started to drop or move? Mine feel like they are already and the Macom is looser at the top, this might be because of swelling going down though?!
Thank you xx

Re: Few questions!
Hey Jenn. Yey on your noobies (sorry, been away!)
1 - for me it took quite a while, maybe 6-8wks, and even then Lefty took about 10-12 before I stopped noticing it and it felt like mine.
2 - Yes, as soon as theyre unsupported they felt so heavy. This is due probably to some swelling still, plus your body is getting used to the new weight. totally normal.
3 - Sounds like it fits fine. I think if it wasn't fitting right, you'd know as your boobs would be aching more like they weren't supported properly.
4 - It differs person to person, but definitely wk2 there was some difference. Take snaps for yourself weekly and track it!
xx

Yes, they're still very swollen right now and your body will adjusting to the new weight, albeit not much weight lol, but it makes your brain very conscious of it.2- when you take your sports bra off is it normal for them to feel very achey and heavy? I don't like the feeling at all!!
Sounds perfect3- my Macom is tight but I can get two fingers under it... Do you think that's ok? It's over my incisions but I have my dressings on still?
We're all different Jen. Some might start dropping at 2 weeks, others its takes months! I started dropping at 10 weeks post-op and my boobs settled down at 12 and fully evened out, but it took a further 3 months for them to fully soften up and get a natural bounce to them 'for me' xx4- when did you notice yours started to drop or move? Mine feel like they are already and the Macom is looser at the top, this might be because of swelling going down though?!
Re: Few questions!
I HATE mine today, me and the boobies are not friends at all. They're sore, tight and heavy and I've a hot poker going through my left nipple. I look like Dolly Parton on a bad day.
Just needed to get that off my chest.
Lol xxx

Re: Few questions!
Hiya!
1. They are feeling more like my own every day especially as the pain has gone and they feel less tight. However I am still more conscious of my righty as it is the stubborn twin and just likes to be difficult..
2. I remember really disliking the feeling of taking my bra off to shower as it felt like they would drop off!, lol. I could not wait to get dry and put it back on!! However, that feeling has definitely gone for me now.
3. I can get 2 fingers in mine too so I don't think it is too tight
4. My sister said she could see a difference after a week but I think that was probably the swelling going down. 5 weeks in and I have definitely dropped a little bit on both sides although rightly as usual is being difficult and not keeping up with lefty.
Xxx

Re: Few questions!
Hi Jen...I'm 5 weeks po. They feel more my own but I'm still quite aware of the implants, especially when I stretch for example to close the boot (I'm short haha) or run for the lift without thinking. I really feel them then. Your Macom will be tight but sounds fine if u can get your fingers under, you will still be a bit swelled so this will go down! Hope ur doin ok xxx

Re: Few questions!
If you can get someone to help wash your hair that would probably be better Jen. It may not seem like much of a chore to wash your hair but at 6 days post-op I've known girls to pass out because it really is hard to do.
If you have help you can hold on to your boobs and not be stretching your arms at all. If there's no-one to help, maybe a cheap salon wash/dry appointment? Xx

Re: Few questions!
My mum helped me with washing the hair for almost 2 weeks po Jen, I just couldn't lift my arms to do it myself. My hair didn't feel as great as if I had washed it myself but you've just gotta make the best of the situation haha xx
