Re: Acrylic nails
I was told to remove mine I think that its cause they need to see the colour fo your finger nails to check that there is enough blood getting to them, dont quote me on that but xx

Re: Acrylic nails
Yes they need to have ur own nails as they use them to check your blood I think, all the ops I've had I couldn't wear nail polish or false nails . I think they press on your nail and see how quick it goes from white back to pink xxx

Re: Acrylic nails
Call your clinic and ask Jo. The surgeons need to be able to see your nail beds to check your have enough oxygen babe, but I've known some clinics to be a little more acceptable of of false nails and are happy to check your toes and leave the nails on.
So just give them a call lovely... The worst that can happen is they say no. Xx

Re: Acrylic nails
I was ale to keep my acrylics on as I only had white painted tips (mine are very long!) and my nail bed was my natural colour , it all depends on the clinic hun but I think more so on the surgeon and anetheatist as they will have the final say x

Re: Acrylic nails

The think that worried me most about wearing my lashes was incase they got rippped out and I ended up with one in my eye and I couldnt get it out, im sooooo squeamish when it comes to eyeballs lol xx

Re: Acrylic nails
I think its not worth spending all that cash on these things then get there and they want them removed, if you cant have them then its a wee treat for when you come home xx

Re: Acrylic nails
I need these for my fitness show the week before otherwise I would wait till after the op . I need to be super glamorous 4 the stage . Bikini posing shows are not just about a fab body . It's all about fantastic hair , long lashes and beautiful nails too . I will just have to see what the surgeon says x

Re: Acrylic nails
Money money money !!! I think I might just have to have one removed so could get that replaced ! Lol ! As for eyelashes wondering whether to not bother but have LVL done which is a type of perm and they do look great but not as long as extentions and of course they are your own lashes x
