is it just me or does anyone else get a really weird feeling in their boobs when it gets cold ? the only way i can describe it is by saying.. it feels like my boobs are cringing LOL! like the muscles contract gently then go back to normal after a few seconds.. never felt this before, it feels really funny! cringing boobs!

I know I'm nearly a week Hun, just can't believe how quick it's gone really!!!
I'm still off work as I have a physical job but I'm pulling my hair out with boredom now!!
As for cringing boobs, mine have little spasms now and then and my nipples regardless of the weather are a law unto themselves at the minute

Re: October Buddies
Hey girls
I really suffered with the cold on my boobs. Towards the end of the first week I was out chatting to one of my neighbours and it was cold, they really ached when I went back in again!
However, now I'm four weeks along they are fine. I'm starting to feel like they are part of me now.x

Glad you're feeling good now CAb and they're a part of you.
My farting is becoming less frequent - I quite liked the farting and my 3 year old loved it! I had to tell him I was farting not my boobs.
I have no sensation in my nips but I've had a different surgery so hopefully the feeling will come back soon x

Brilliant....love that your farting is getting better!!
Yes I think we're making progress, I'm starting to like them a bit more now. Following instruction from my clinic I got fitted for some non wired bras today....32e woohoo! That's a bit of a jump from a 32a. I was pleasantly surprised with the bras I got in Debenhams in the end. Look really nice for non wired ones!!
I'm just sorting out my four week pic trail now so I'll post that up once I'm done. Lias, I wouldn't mind a look at yours if that's ok...I'm super nosey!!x

Re: October Buddies
I bought these ones in the end, didn't want to spend too much as size might change again, besides I'll also want to go on a bit of a spree once I'm allowed to wear wires!

Thanks, I'll have a look in a bit!x

Cab that's a brill size, I've been told to be fitted and buy a bra and take it with me on my four week check do you think it should be non-wired?
They are nice bras them, will have to keep them in mind when I go shopping!

Re: October Buddies
Charliee151 I'm not sure. My clinic suggested non wired from now mainly to allow plenty of time for the scars to heal. They've suggested I wait for three months before going into wires.
These non wired ones aren't too bad and they feel quite comfy.
If it's better for my scars in the long run I'm happy to stick with it!! Give them a ring and ask. Some places won't even fit you at four weeks because you're so early in your healing process! Whatever you end up in at four weeks probably won't fit in a couple of months time!!x

Re: October Buddies
That's what I thought I was just going to buy a cheapish whiite tshirt bra as I feel it's a waste of money but wouldn't want to go against my PS.
I think il buy non wired, when I asked him last night about wired bras he did say not for a while yet.
The ones your have brought are not a bad price I might get something like that.
Yes definitely we've paid all this money you don't want to waste it all just because we want to be in bras that are pretty lol!
He's told me I can be out of my Macom now and in sports bras or even bra less if I want but not all the time, not feeling brave enough for that yet though as they feel a bit too free if you know what I mean?
Xxxx

Re: October Buddies
Haha! I'm not liking being braless either. The clinic told me that I can go braless at night time if I want to, but that's definitely not going to happen, don't want these babies wobbling around too much!!
The verdict on the non wired Debenhams bras is so far so good. I've been wearing them for a couple of days now and they're very comfortable. Think I'll be quite happy in these until I'm allowed into wires!!x

Re: October Buddies
Hi girls, glad to hear you are all healing well.
I'm loving mine, everything has got easier, I'm back to my running. Was given the o.k by my surgeon on weds. So I was running thurs, fri and today but easing myself back in. Not going silly.
I've been doing lower body stuff from just under 3 weeks, was good though.
I'm going to get myself measured in 2 weeks, can't wait.... Hoping I will be pleasantly surprised....
All your Avis look amazing.........xx
