Sorry girls, missed this last page.....
Louise, I was cracking up not doing exercise, time soon goes. It's so worth it too....
Nvargem, your avi looks fabulous Hunni, that tan looks fab. I'm 5 weeks post op tomorrow, it's gone very quickly. I can't wait to get sized now and buy something other then a sports bra, even if I can't wear just yet.
How's the recovery going? Xx

Hey ravenwave, how's the boobs doing??, he he, shame mine also really hate the coldness, I so understand them...lol
Bizzyboobs, ooohhh your gonna love it, also dying to start using a nice cute bra, these sports bras hide everything, lol, oooh so have you been doing fine on the bike and all?, and the sweating part??..I sweat a lot between my boobs, don't know if my stitches will like it, as I still have a strip on it, but I'm dying to get back to the gym, or do something exercise wise,
My recovery is really going well, really thought I was gonna have problem with leftie as she was bruised and really swollen, but she doing really well:giveu:
Can't wait to hear about your sizing ;)))

Re: October Buddies
Well I've been wearing 2 sports bras as instructed to. So was very sweaty, I was tempted to put 2 strips of cotton wool there to absorb a bit..... May try that... As they were bit red other day...... Don't want to go backwards.....
I found the bike fairly easy and was on there first time for over an hour. Just took it easy.......
The running I'm easing into and getting back to where I was, which is good.
Glad to hear you are doing well though.
My leftie has been bit more achey then right I think it had bit more trauma in surgery. They say one takes longe
Was very pleased when I saw my surgeon last week.....
He's been great. I brought him a bottle of champagne, box biscuits and a card. He said he was very touched....
But I'm so happy.i also got the nurses biscuits...... They were fab... I love giving..... Xx

Ohhhhhh so sweat you where with the surgeon and the nurses, they do deserve it,
Mine have also been so there to help me, loved the attention:dance:
Hummm.. I might try it nice and slowly and stop if I do start sweating, but very slowly, will have to start at a beginners level again to get started, lolol
But thanks for the update, as I'm dying to do something ..and walking isn't doing it..lolol
Muahhhhh xxxxx

Re: October Buddies
Yes definately start slow, I've done a run every day since he told me I could, started off slowly.... And getting better each time... But I know my limits......I won't push them either....... Not worth it........ It will help pre Christmas to get a little weight off. Got a holiday straight after too. So got to be careful.....
Hope everyone is doing fine......xx

Hey,
Tomorrow after work I'm going to do spin (4 weks post op) even though I could've gone the gym and done lower body at 2 weeks I didn't feel like it but now I need to as got PT on friday afternoon so need to get back into it.
I've only got the one sports bra at present as waiting til I've been measured to buy some more ( it's m&s zip up front extra high impact 32e!!!! Might get another one of those for now as they are cheaper than most.

Re: October Buddies
Hey Bizzy,
I haven't been on here for a while either. Glad to hear you're settling back in at the gym. I've bought a decent sports bra but so far not managed to use it!! May need to start shedding a few pounds before Christmas!
I can't believe the girls are six weeks old now!
How is everyone now? Mine have started to drop quite nicely and are feeling a lot more like mine now. I am looking forward to getting into some pretty bras, but I've got a little while to wait for that.
I have managed to buy some nice dresses for the Christmas festivities so I am looking forward to getting all dressed up!!
Ravenwaves, the itching does subside eventually. I suffered with it too. Now my scars have their itchy moments instead. They are healing nicely though!
Everyone's avi's look fab. I still need to take a new photo!x

Re: October Buddies
Hi girls how's everyone doing ?
Been so busy past few weeks, can't believe it's been almost a month since my BA !! Been going through all my bras today, and they are ALL going. It's been quite fun trying on some of the 'bigger' ones and seeing how 'small' they are now. Can't wait to get measured and start getting some new ones - I have to wear my sports bras for 12 weeks so roll on the January sales :D xxx

Re: October Buddies
Hiya girls, that's great cab i was looking at dresses online last night and just thought I could buy any dress I wanted rather than having to buy one I could wear a super padded bra in!
I have to wear my sports bra for 3 months as well gleaming, I've chucked all my super padded gel brAs and I'm getting a few none wired ones at 6 weeks to wear with the Xmas party dresses. Bravissimo does a nice pink and white and black and nude one.
I haven't had the itches yet, I can't feel my boobs though, the swelling has gone down and they are getting softer now which is awesome.
I love love love my new boobs and I'm so happy I did it!
Hope everyone is as thrilled with their new additions! X

Hiya that's a great size! Oooh Victoria secret, I wish we had one of those here! I got measured at bravissimo and the local lingerie shop as a 32E/F! I really don't look that big at all!
I can't wait for mine to drop even though they won't as they're furrys, I'm looking forward to the upper pole going down and them looking more natural. I may be in for a bit of a wait though!
Glad you're doing good, hope everyone else is too xx

Re: October Buddies
Thanks chick, your avi is fab too! No, they're rock hard still ha ha but it will take a while for them to properly soften I think, I love the natural cleavage and may miss it when it goes but I do want them to look more natural. Are yours soft?
Thanks Tinkerbell, I was shocked when she told me as under clothes they look the same as they did with my superduper gel bra on, so much so that nobody at work has noticed and neither did my biological Dad who doesn't know! He squeezed me last weekend when he saw me and I thought they were about to pop lol!
