Re: October Buddies!
Yay October buddies! Just put my deposit down to get my boobie job on the 7th October. Pre ba I'm 32a and im getting 385ccs unders. I'm hoping they won't make me look too top heavy as I'm size 8-10 and have narrow-ish shoulders. Getting it done in Brisbane, Australia. Would be great to know some more october people so we can do this together :).

Re: October Buddies!
Hi there Emmyloo87!
I am a fellow October buddy... I am booked for October 6th and I too am in Australia... in Sydney though!! I am getting 500cc partial unders and a lift. I am 5'10 with broad shoulders and an athletic build so hopefully they wont look as big as they sound.
I am full of both nerves and excitement!!! Its great to find some support here.

Hi Emmyloo87 and Sarah,
I think they're going to have to rename October buddies the Aussie buddies. I've just booked 21 October in Perth. Going from an empty AA to hopefully an overflowing C!! 345cc unders. Slightly nervous but SO excited! Must get a ticker thingy going!

Re: October Buddies!
I am booked for 2nd of October, my second attempt to get these horrible PIPs out.
I have been through the nervousness and starvation once and just want it sorted now.
p.s. I wish I was in OZ the weather will just be starting to pick up again for spring mmmmmm. Well it's something else to dream about other than breast implant!

Re: October Buddies!
Ahhhh!!! It is exactly 1 month today until my surgury
I know it will be here before I know it... I am currently making my packing list, my shopping list, and my to do list so I am all ready for the big day. Each day I am a mixture of feelings about it all at times I forget about it, other times I am thrilled and other times I am terrified!
I go in for another final consult with my ps on the 21st of Sept and
I am really looking forward to that as I think he will help ease some of my concerns especially with size.
so not long October buddies and and my new perky boobs will be here!
xx

Re: October Buddies!
Hey buddies!
I know how you're feeling Sarah. My head is all over the place, anxiety and excitement seem to be dominating me at the moment. But the thought of finally HAVING boobs is overwhelming! I think it will take a while to get used to them and am sure they are going to get in the way at first!
I must start on my lists too. Luckily I have my mum coming over for a couple of weeks to help with the kids which will be great.
Have any of you tried the rice test?? I have no idea what size I will end up, I'm having 345cc partials, but just wondering how accurate it is...

Re: October Buddies!
Welcome Natalie - time will fly by! I've been going to the gym more recently. Trying to get in good shape to help recovery. Although all the chocolate I've been eating seems to be canceling out all my hard work!
Sarah - only 3 weeks for you how exciting!!!!. Are you a day case or overnight?

Re: October Buddies!
AJ: I am only in hospital for the day but I am booked in at a hotel near the hospital for the night and I see my ps again the next morning. I live 2 hour drive from the hospital so my ps includes the hotel stay in the fee for his clients that are not in the area that way he can follow up the next day.
I know 3 weeks... ahh!! I can hardly believe it! I go for my final consult on Tuesday and I am really looking forward to that so that my ps can put my mind at ease on some things mainly size.

Re: October Buddies!
Sarah - that's a great idea staying in a hotel nearby, works out a lot cheaper than staying in the hospital! The next time I see my ps will be on the day, unless I have concerns beforehand.
I still have just over 5 weeks and right now it feels like it is going in slow motion. Thankfully have a 2 week holiday between now and then so that should keep my mind off it....but unlikely I'm too EXCITED!!!!
