DVT stockings
Been told to keep these tights on for a few days but have taken them off for a bit. Sooo hot! Will put them back on when resting! How long did anyone else keep them on? X

If you're not really moving about misty don't take them off at all.
But if you're up and about and walking around then you're fine to take them off sweetie. Xx

I took them off the morning after xxxx If your up and about you should be ok xxx But im no expert lol xxx

I wore mine for 2 weeks but obviously took them off now and again. If your sat still I would wear them.

I kept mine on - as instructed - for a week. I only took them off when showering!

I was told to wear mine for a week and they were awful cos they were thigh high ones!!!

I was told to wear for 10 days which I did at home and at night, took off when I went out......except day 2 when I went back to hospital as needed stronger Meds and went out in super dry shorts, dvt stocking and flip flops and resembled some kind of weird Japanese fashion student/ cheerleader

1st night without sexy stockings! I lasted 2 weeks which is pretty good going I think! Only wore them in bed but am very mobile so hopefully they are ok to leave off!

I only kept mine on for 4 days they were just so hot to keep on! Hopefully it will be ok xx

I never had any on either...at no time. But i was up, out of bed and going home a few hours post op and was pretty mobile after.

I left mine on for three nights!! Glad to see the back of them! Although they did keep the hairy legs covered haha!! XX

Im wearing mine for 1week as instructed but really wanna take them off cus my toes keep cuming through the hole at the bottom! Its real annoying.i didnt get paper pants this time round though?? Lol xxx

Does the hospital/clinic give you the stockings or do you have to buy them beforehand?
