Re: Sore boobs after jogging
I hope you don't mind Maisy but I split your post from the other thread babe so you get the right advise for you.
You should be fine jogging now Maisy, but its possible you may be doing a little too much too soon. So maybe try taking a little step back and go slow and steady building your body up and your boobs until they're ready for a good run.
Its also very possible you're not wearing enough support.
Are you wearing a good quality sportsbra Maisy?
If you're looking for one then I'd recommend the Triumph Triaction extreme hun. Your boobs will go nowhere in that baby!
So good support hun and taking things a little easier until your boobs feel better should be fine lovely. Always listen to your own body its a good guide to telling you to hold up and take things easier. Xx

Sorry cookie. I just wanted to be able to get you to tell me.
I didn't think I needed support anymore after a BA I thought that was only when you had to recover for 6 weeks. I've just been wearing crop tops I'll buy a new sports bra the. My other ones are to small now never thought I'd say that hehe so that must be it thanks again cooks you always know what to do I was to scared to go back to my surgeon

I'm a runner too, and I've always wore a good sports bra... But will definitely get the triumph triaction extreme as I will need bit of extra support after.... Don't want them jumping around.........

Re: Sore boobs after jogging
Ohhhhh your boobs DEFINITELY still need support Maisy infact more so now if you want to maintain the look you have.
Sounds like you've fluffed too which is why your recovery sportsbras no longer fit
You don't need to wear support bras all of the time babe, but definitely when doing any form of excercise.
I personally wear my sportsbras whenever I'm not in my pretty lingerie, so when I'm lounging round the house or going to bed, the old faithful sportsbras come out and they're like putting on an old pair of slippers they're so comfy.
But I'm extreme babe. Be sure to wear a good quality sportsbra though next time you go jogging, but wear the sportsbra for now 24/7 until the soreness settles down (no excercise) if the soreness hasn't subsided after a week then it may be best to just have your surgeon check you over sweetie.
Don't be afraid of your surgeon hun. Remember they're working for 'you'! And they're there to help you! So if you have any concerns at all and you're within the aftercare you paid for, do make use of this and get the expert opinion you payed for babe. Xx

Your right cookie. I shouldn't be scared so if the pains still there ill go back my mums going to pick me up after work tomorrow so can get a bra. I'm going to do what you do as well I didn't know you had to support them when they got done so I'm learning something all the time.
