When did you start arnica tablets?

I've started taking mine now because it takes a few days to kick in, however it does say don't take for more than 7days so just wondering should I stop at day 4 post op? How long did you all take yours for (if your surgeon was fine with you taking the? I know each surgeon differs from the next) xx

I took mine 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after. Everyone is advised different from their surgeon Smike

I think I did 3 before, none on the day, then 4 after, sticking to the 7day max rule. I cant say for sure whether it did any good though. My hubby was also taking it for his op, and his whole mid thigh to mid calf is now a lovely simpsons yellow colour!!
