How many Arnica tablets? Empty How many Arnica tablets?

Hi



i have seen lots of girls on here saying that Arnica helps. I have bought some of the little tablets in a tube but I dont know how many to take pre op? It says to take 2 every 4 hours (and even more the first few days after trauma) but how many should i be taking in the week before. Does anyone know??

Take the recommended dose and opt for drains if you can it is a much better way to get all that gunk and fluid out, I had nothing, not one bruise.

I did take arnica for a good two weeks after...
It also depends on your own reaction to bruising,
Some people just bruise like fruit anyway!

Go for drains of you can looks gross but is really effective,
And lots of water xxxx

My doc wants me to take 3-5 tablets three times a day starting one week prior to surgery and then continue until the bottle is gone.

Ohhh you just reminded me to make sure i get mine b4 my holiday as im back and 5 days later i get boobies!!!

They had not dropped on the avatar pic, but i had 360 high profile under, to counter balance a slight drooping and 2 fill em' up Flash xxx
