not only have i been recommended by my mum and a friend but ive read on here people take them, been having a brouse in boots/lloyds/online but they do different strengths ...

30c? 6c? 200c?

if u took them what c was yours? x

I would check with your ps tho before you start taking anything as every surgeon is differant x

Im taking 30c I have my ba on the 19th! I was told to take them 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after Hun x

I have Arnica 30c and was told to take them 3 days pre op and 3 days post op. I would check with your PC as Kezza85 has suggested.

or check with your PS even.

Just read the directions and it says o take for a max of 7 days.#

Thats handy to know - i didnt realise you could only take for a max of 7 days. I've got some from Boots so will prob do same as you Little jen. x

damn!! wish i knew this before as the bruising coming up under and little dot ones on my breasts, he was obviously having a good feel while i was asleep lol x
