Re: What to pack???
Try to pack clothes that dont need much effort, like something with a zip at front or buttons cos you dont wanna be lifting your arms to get stuff on.xx

This is a good place to look

Also try to make sure nothings out of reach at home so your not having to stretch your arms high.

Re: What to pack???
Hi Fi86
Good luck for your op - not long now!!!
I would recommend easy comfy clothes - zip tops/vest tops u can stand in and then pull up and slip your arms in with some comfy trousers I took cropped joggers from new look as so comfy. Usual toiletries hair brushes etc (not easy to brush your hair though!). Mobile phone, hand-held mirror within easy reach so you can have a peek as soon as you are able!
At home baby wipes, dry shampoo are musts as I been using those every days since as can't shower till Fri.
Good luck hunnie look forward to hearing from you soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Re: What to pack???
mmmm know what you mean the hair was worst bit for me too. Ive used dry shampoo everyday so turning from golden blonde into ash blonde at roots lol but today had a wash and blow-dry in a local salon £15 so not bad and they did a good job! It didn't hurt lying back in the chair at all prob cos I left it as long as I possibly could. Good luck xxxxxxx
