I was given mine at the hospital, but I believe Wilkinsons do very cheap ice packs that can also be used as heat pads, so a real bargain. xx

Great! I use Amazon for almost everything! I wont tell you how much they were in Wilko's now then lol.

Bags of frozen peas work SO well, I hardly used my ice packs - the peas just mold to your body so perfectly!

I really can't swear by reusable heat/ice packs enough! Be sure to get atleast two - you'll be pleased you did!x

i used bags of frozen peas!Had 2 packs with my name on them in the freezer.........just to make sure we didnt eat them!!!!!Worked a treat!!!

I agree with Wilkinsons, at that price you can get yourself a couple, and they can be frozen or heated. Best of all they're reusable
