V shaped pillow, u can get them most places like dunelm mill, lifesaver in getting comfy and keeping your head and shoulders elevated when u sleep x

i had really dry mouth after n they only thing that helped was fizzy pop so i made sure i had a few bottles

thank you all so much am so excited just a long soak in bath as I no I wont be able to do that for a while and am stuffing my face ready to starve tomorrow :) my op is in transform in London so just gunna take my phone nd magazines :) xx
